1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ft444 website, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the ft444 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

ft444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. 2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

To register and use the ft444 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. ft444 strictly enforces these requirements and reserves the right to request documentary evidence at any time:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ft444 is strictly a 21+ platform. We do not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your membership.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where access to this Platform is contrary to local law.
• You must not be registered under a self-exclusion program or have been previously banned from the ft444 Platform for any reason.

ft444 may conduct age and identity verification checks at any point during your use of the Platform. Failure to pass such verification, or providing false information, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated funds.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one registered account on ft444. Opening multiple accounts, or attempting to circumvent a previous account closure or suspension by creating a new account, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ft444 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party, and you must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account. ft444 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access that results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

• Notify ft444 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• ft444 reserves the right to lock or suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation.
• All account activity conducted under your credentials is deemed to be your responsibility, whether or not authorised by you.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ft444 operates a strict KYC process in line with industry best practices. Before any withdrawal is processed, and periodically throughout your account activity, you may be required to submit identification documents such as a national identification card, passport, or utility bill. Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges. ft444 will never request your full PIN or banking passwords as part of KYC.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ft444 supports multiple payment methods optimised for players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Sonali Bank. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum and maximum transaction amounts for each payment method are displayed within the ft444 cashier section.

Deposit Policy

Deposits are credited to your ft444 account balance subject to the following conditions:

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be reversed.
• ft444 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ft444 accepts no responsibility.
• ft444 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that is deemed to be associated with fraudulent activity.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following processing terms:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, to prevent money laundering and ensure account security.
• Standard withdrawal processing times range from 1 to 5 business days depending on the payment method selected, subject to completion of KYC verification.
• Any active wagering requirement associated with a bonus must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be approved. Attempting to withdraw while a wagering requirement is outstanding may result in bonus funds being voided.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

ft444 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following standard conditions unless an individual promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by the account holder and may not be transferred to another player account.

By participating in any game or betting market on the Platform, you agree to abide by the rules applicable to that specific game or market, as defined by the game provider and as displayed on the Platform.

All slot and digital table games on ft444 use certified RNG technology to ensure that each game outcome is entirely independent, random, and unpredictable. ft444 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. Players should be aware that all gambling involves inherent risk, and no strategy can guarantee a profit over time.

Betting Integrity and Void Bets

ft444 reserves the right to void or suspend any bet in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed using incorrect odds or pricing resulting from a technical error or data feed failure.
• The event to which the bet relates is cancelled, postponed, or its result is overturned by the relevant sporting authority.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ft444 Platform. Engagement in any of these activities may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Attempting to launder money or process the proceeds of any unlawful activity through the ft444 Platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Impersonating another player, using a false identity, or accessing an account that does not belong to you.
• Attempting to exploit glitches, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or betting markets for personal gain.

ft444 actively monitors Platform activity for signs of fraud, abuse, and prohibited behaviour. We cooperate fully with relevant authorities in the investigation of any suspected criminal activity connected to the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ft444 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the exclusive property of ft444 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of ft444.

The ft444 brand name, trademark, and any associated marks are proprietary. Unauthorised use of the ft444 name or brand in any commercial context, including affiliate or referral schemes not approved by ft444, is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

• Losses arising from interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical failures, maintenance, or events beyond ft444's reasonable control, including force majeure events.
• Gambling losses incurred during normal use of the Platform. Players accept that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that losses are a possible outcome of participation.
